Readymade garments as the name suggests are ready to wear off the shelf/hanger products. They are cut and stitched in specified sizes to fit people of that general weight/height, dimension. These products are a very large segment of international trade and are imported/exported by almost every country in the world. While most such products are conventional every day wear, the competition in this mass market is so intense that every brand is continuously experimenting with design, color and other creative touches, to keep ahead of the others, which makes inspection of readymade garments a very challenging assignment.
